WHO WE ARE

At Evergreen General Contracting, we help homeowners throughout Wexford and the surrounding area transform their homes through thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a construction process built around clear communication. Whether you're updating one room or transforming your entire home, our team provides the design and construction expertise to bring your vision to life.
No two projects are exactly alike, which is why our process is tailored to the needs of each home and homeowner. That said, most Evergreen projects follow a similar path from initial planning and design through construction and completion.
We'll start with a conversation and then visit your home to understand the existing space, discuss possibilities, and begin defining the scope of your project.
We'll turn your ideas into a thoughtful plan that considers layout, functionality, budget, and the way you want your home to work.
We'll work together through the details that bring your vision together by selecting materials and finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, and custom elements.
We'll review the scope, finalize the details, complete the necessary preparations, and make sure everyone is aligned before construction begins.
Our team will manage and complete the construction of your project while keeping you informed on progress and available to answer questions every step of the way.
We'll walk through the completed project together, address any final details, and make sure you're completely satisfied with the result.
“Highly recommended! After dealing with a few contractors not showing up or not returning calls at all, I reached out to Evergreen. They were professional, responsive, and great communicators. Not your typical contractor! Just good people to work with. And, fairly priced as well. Call them first.”
“Evergreen just completed a deck for my new home. They assisted with the design, selection of materials and had a few recommendations for improvements over the course of the construction process. The construction crew did a great job, working in some difficult weather, taking pride in their craft and completing the project on time. Very, very happy with the entire process.”
“This was the second job completed for us by Evergreen & it’s just as perfect as the first! Finished our basement last summer and restructured our deck this summer. Absolute professionalism from start to finish and timing of projects were spot on! Thank you Evergreen, we highly recommend you for any home needs and will definitely be calling you back for future projects with our home!”
“I had a PVC deck installed in December. Pete was great from start to finish. Thoroughly explained the work. He aligned with my overall aesthetic and budget goals. The team did a fantastic job and left the site in great condition. Any future work I have, I will be sure to contact him again. No hesitation.”
“We couldn't be happier with the incredible work Evergreen did to transform our unfinished basement into our dream space! From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. They brought our vision to life, making basically every aspect of the job custom to exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for making our dream basement a reality!”
“We recently had Pete Madia and his Evergreen Construction Team do a bathroom remodel. Their work was excellent - we are totally pleased. The workers treated our home like it was theirs. They were on time, clean, skilled, and professional. Highly recommend.”
“This contractor was fantastic! We put a new deck on and they came out a few times to discuss prior to starting job. They wanted to make sure they could do the privacy area the way we wanted. They were very thorough. They are very professional. Very responsive. I just love them. I would use them again!”
“Excellent process all around. Surprised at the quick response when other companies did not respond at all. Materials are quality. The build crew was exceptionally professional. Evergreen is the company I will turn to and refer to others for any future projects.”
“The Evergreen team was great to work with! We used them for a whole first floor remodel, including a kitchen, and it was great having a team to help organize all of the moving parts. Everyone is so nice and professional and made a stressful process so much easier! They were extremely responsive and great at providing suggestions on figuring out challenges on our project. I would highly recommend the Evergreen team!”
